My Story
I am an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, and Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience spanning enterprise learning, broadcast media production, project management, operations leadership, and client consulting.
My career has taken an intentional path across four distinct disciplines: instructional design and eLearning development, independent consulting and subcontracting, broadcast television production, and commercial construction project and office management. This rare combination gives me a perspective that most instructional designers simply don't have.
I partner with corporate leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to design learning solutions that improve performance and support organizational goals. Whether I'm building a compliance course, a leadership development curriculum, or a performance support tool, I bring the same rigor and business mindset to every project.
